We are born in the region of the Central Valleys of Oaxaca, in San Dionisio Ocotepec, home of our Maestro Mezcalero, Don Clemente Martínez, and his family. Don Clemente began 40 years ago and has kept his father’s, Don Celso’s, legacy of making traditional 100% Agave mezcal for more than 70 years.
